Meet Becky
Becky’s pelvic health career began after earning her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Chapman University in 2018. She was accepted into an intensive six-month pelvic health fellowship at Sarton Physical Therapy in Orange County, where she spent more than two years treating primarily pelvic health patients while receiving specialized mentorship.
That experience shaped Becky’s passion for treating complex pelvic health conditions and looking beyond an isolated symptom to understand the many factors that can influence pain, movement, bowel and bladder function, and sexual health.
Se habla español.
Becky is proud to offer physical therapy services in Spanish, helping make pelvic health care more accessible to Spanish-speaking members of the Yakima community.
Beyond the Clinic
Born and raised in Yakima, Becky returned home after several years in Southern California. Outside the clinic, she loves hiking, trail running, skiing, cycling, strength training, yoga, and spending time outdoors—especially when her dog Kevin can come along.
She also enjoys cooking, reading, practicing Spanish, and continually learning more about movement, health, and the connection between physical and emotional well-being.
EDUCATION + TRAINING
A specialized foundation in pelvic health.
Becky combines extensive pelvic health experience with continued training in manual therapy, visceral techniques, fascial treatment, bowel health, and treatment of the male and female pelvic floor.

PATIENT EXPERIENCE
Care that makes a difference.
Dr. Becky Paulson has been excellent to work with for pelvic floor PT. From the very first visit, it was clear she pays close attention to detail and doesn’t take a one-size-fits-all approach. She really focused on my unique needs, asked thoughtful questions, and even did extra research into my specific situation so our plan felt truly tailored.
Just as important, her care is consistently sensitive, kind, and respectful. She explains things clearly, checks in often, and creates an environment where you feel comfortable and supported. I’m genuinely grateful for the quality of care and would highly recommend Dr. Becky Paulson to anyone looking for pelvic floor physical therapy.

ABOUT BECKY
Care that considers the person, not just the symptom.
Understanding the connections behind pelvic health.
Becky Paulson, PT, DPT, is a pelvic health physical therapist and owner of Vitality Physical Therapy. Born and raised in Yakima, she earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Chapman University before beginning her career in Southern California.
Following graduation, Becky completed an intensive six-month pelvic health fellowship at Sarton Physical Therapy in Orange County. She remained there for more than two years, treating primarily pelvic health patients and gaining extensive experience managing complex pelvic floor conditions.
Becky is particularly passionate about pelvic pain because it often requires looking beyond a single muscle, joint, or symptom. Her approach considers the whole person—including movement, the musculoskeletal system, lifestyle, stress, beliefs, and other factors that may influence how the body experiences pain.
Education is central to Becky's care. She loves helping patients understand their bodies, recognize connections they may not have considered before, and feel empowered to take an active role in their health. Her goal isn't simply to provide treatment, but to give patients knowledge and strategies they can carry into everyday life.
Becky also provides care in Spanish and values the opportunity to make pelvic health services more accessible to Spanish-speaking members of her community.
You deserve to understand what your body is telling you.
Work with Becky to better understand your symptoms and build a path toward feeling stronger, more comfortable, and more confident in your body.
