Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy
Individualized care to help you better understand your body, address your symptoms, and move forward with confidence.
Care for symptoms that are common — but shouldn't be ignored.
Pelvic floor concerns can affect everything from bladder and bowel function to intimacy, movement, and everyday comfort. Pelvic floor physical therapy looks at how your muscles, joints, movement patterns, and daily habits work together to identify what may be contributing to your symptoms. From there, we create an individualized treatment plan designed to help you feel stronger, more comfortable, and more confident in your body.
There’s more to pelvic health than you might think.
From bladder and bowel concerns to pelvic pain, surgery recovery, sexual health, and movement, pelvic floor physical therapy can support many aspects of your health and everyday life.

Movement-related pelvic symptoms
Pelvic floor physical therapy is about more than strengthening muscles. Your therapist will look at how your pelvic floor works alongside your core, hips, spine, breathing, movement patterns, and daily activities to better understand what may be contributing to your symptoms.
Treatment is individualized to you and may include hands-on therapy, movement and strength training, pelvic floor coordination, breathing strategies, education, and practical tools you can use in everyday life.
Care that looks at the whole picture.
Manual therapy and individualized techniques to improve mobility, comfort, and function.
Hands-On Care
A better understanding of what’s happening in your body and practical tools you can use outside the clinic.
Education + Strategies
Your care is collaborative and based on your goals and comfort level. Internal assessment or treatment is never required, and your therapist will explain your options and obtain consent throughout your care.
Care centered around your comfort.
